We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, we'll refund your initial payment — no questions asked.
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid services through the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued after the 30-day guarantee period.
For one-time services (website builds, migrations, consulting), a 50% deposit is required to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon completion. If we fail to deliver the agreed scope within 30 days of the start date, you may request a full refund of your deposit.

Custom software development projects with signed statements of work are governed by the terms in the specific project agreement. Domain registrations and third-party service fees are non-refundable.
