Smart Integration Works provides website development, hosting, AI services, email solutions, cybersecurity, automation, and managed IT services. All services are provided subject to these terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Agreement to Terms. By creating an account, checking the “I agree” box during signup, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our End User License Agreement, and our Privacy Policy. If you are registering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Nonprofit Organizations. If you identify your organization as a nonprofit during the signup process, you may be eligible for grant portal access. Nonprofit status is subject to verification by Smart Integration Works. We reserve the right to request documentation to confirm nonprofit status and to deny or modify grant portal access at our discretion.
Subscription services are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Payments are due at the start of each billing period. Failure to pay may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, services continue until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds for partial months unless otherwise specified.
You retain ownership of your content. Smart Integration Works retains ownership of the underlying platform, tools, and framework used to deliver services.
You agree not to use our services for illegal activities, sending spam, hosting malicious content, or violating any applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate services for violations.
Smart Integration Works is not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding a claim. Services are provided "as is" with reasonable uptime guarantees as specified in your service level agreement.
We strive for 99.9% uptime for hosting services. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance. Emergency support response times vary by plan tier.
We may modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
