We also submit data removal requests to third-party data brokers on your behalf.
Our scanning covers the sources and databases we can access. We cannot guarantee that we will detect all instances of your data that may be exposed online. The dark web is vast, decentralized, and constantly changing. New breach sources, forums, and databases emerge daily. Our service is designed to reduce risk, not eliminate it.
While we will submit data removal requests in good faith and as promptly as possible, we cannot and do not guarantee that any third-party data broker, website operator, or forum will comply with such requests. Data broker compliance is entirely outside our control. Some data brokers may refuse requests, delay compliance, or require additional documentation that we cannot provide. By using this service, you acknowledge that data removal is at the sole discretion of the third party.
Smart Integration Works is not responsible for data that was already publicly exposed, indexed, archived, or disseminated prior to our monitoring, or for data that becomes exposed through other channels after a removal request is completed.
